So there's tons of stuff I have to write about Comic-Con, but I think I'll post the most exciting thing. I attended the SV panel (so stressful, but that's another story) and did what I swore I wouldn't do. As a result, I am able to give you a play-by-play of the S9 preview clip.

Please click under the cut if you want to read spoilers for Season 9 of Smallville. Originally posted at Divine Intervention. Please don't re-post this anywhere. But if, for some reason, you have the overwhelming urge, then at least credit. Thank you.

If you need help discerning dialogue in the clip, etc, this may help you clear up a few things. There still may be mistakes, however, so feel free to correct me.

I almost died watching this. Metaphorically. )

Soooo... It's my first time going to Comic-Con this year, and suffice to say, I'm getting a little PARANOID. I just want to get things right, and Smallville is my top priority. :D

This entry is for me to post advice I find online that I want to reference later. :) 'Cause I know I'll forget it otherwise.

From cloisthelegendbegins @ K-site:
"Well I'll be one of the ones lurking on the forums waiting for the scoop this year - darnit! My work schedule has got in the way. One tip for any first timers though is DEFINITELY GET THERE EARLY!!! The panel was at the same time in the same room last year and I was there at 8.30am, thinking I'd been there plenty early with two hours to spare only to discover the queue already lapped the room and was snaking back on itself. They may say the doors don't open till nine but that's nonsense. They open them real early and let people in to queue. Also if you only have a Sunday pass or day passes rather than the four day pass, if you visit the conference center the day before in the late afternoon you can get your pass for the next day so you don't have to go through registration before you go to queue. Final tip? The big Smallville/Supernatural bags are given out at the WB stand on the main floor at random points during the day on Sunday so it's worth stalking the stand with an eye out for the arrival of large cardboard boxes...

For comic book fans it's also worth noting Sunday being the last day means early closing and reductions on most of the stands in the afternoon for a few bargains."

From Ginx at K-site:
"you can talk to them briefly at the autograph signing but it's rare that you have private convos with them. I've met Justin, super tall and nice, and met Milo, Jensen, Kripke, dude who plays Chuck, and a buncha other people. Most people are chill and down to earth I'll switch my avatar to the pics I have with some of them closer to time"

I asked these lovely people some questions, so hopefully they reply back to me. :o) I'll be editing this post at a later time. :D

I am soooo excited to go this year!! *bounces*

Every day, I get more and more psyched for Comic-Con. Even though the schedule isn't out yet, there are some events I'm aware of and plan on attending. Since the times aren't out yet, I'm hoping none of the panels I want to go to clash. That would suck.

My tentative schedule for what I plan to do at Comic-Con...

Wednesday
♣ Drive down to San Diego for Preview Night even if it kills me. I want to be absolutely prepared for the convention in the following four days.
♣ Look around the Exhibit Hall if there's time.

Thursday
♣ Check-in at the hotel.
New Moon movie panel. I will brave the crazed crowds. Hopefully, I survive. Wish me luck.
Psych tv panel. Hell yes! This one will be so made of WIN. I look forward to this soooo much. Maybe even more than the NM panel. I hope they don't clash.

Friday

Saturday

Sunday
♣ 10:30-11:30AM - Smallville panel
♣ 11:45-12:45PM - Supernatural panel

Don't know which day, but definitely going no matter what:
♣ Dollhouse panel
