Yesterday, I bought Pirates of the Caribbean. I couldn't wait to buy it. Johnny Depp is sooo hot! Too bad he's old enough to be my dad. *winces* Johnny's like 40, right? My dad's 43. Depressing. Kinda like my situation with James Marsters. Why do all the actors I like have to be so much older?? *sighs*
Anyways, back to Pirates. I LOVE that movie! Jack Sparrow - excuse me, Captain Jack Sparrow - has got to be the greatest pirate ever. The only reason I was so into the movie was because of Depp's wonderful acting skills in bringing the character to life.
For those of you who bought the DVD, OMG. In the bonus features, An Epic at Sea, where they show the premiere... I got freaked out when I saw one of my friends, Lauren, there. Whoever has the DVD, watch out for her. She's the one on the right in the yellow shirt that says, "We love Orlando." I was shocked, and then I started laughing. Geez, think about. Millions of people are gonna be on the DVD and she's on it (if only for 6 seconds). I think that's great. I'm so happy for her, but jealous at the same time, y'know? She's sooo lucky! Good for her though, because she loved the movie, and in a way, she's now a part of it!! *laughs*
